The Lone Warrior....

Another incident of courage. Another incident of shame.

Shanmugam Manjunath, IIM alumni, working with IOC was brutally murdered for exposing the Oil Mafia in U.P. More can be read here and how world is reacting. In 2003, Satyendra Dubey was killed for the same reason, this time for corruption in Prime Minister's Rs 50,000 crore highway project.

The only silver lining that I want to see is, may be our education system has not yet let us down. These two martyrs were from the two of the most elite institutes, Dubey was from IIT. I really believe somewhere there the value system is still intact.

Somewhere I feel, is it worth it ? Why would one put his life in the line of fire ? Will things ever change ? Is this fight worth ?

I do not have all the answers, but I quote Samwise in LOTR , "There is so much good in this world, and it is worth fighting for..."

Finally, the D-Day....

It's never too late to do the right thing, I guess. Today, I reinitiate my blogging skills. I had created a blog many months ago, but it died a natural death.

One thing that I learnt, that there is never a perfect start.
Start from wherever you are, with whatever you have.

With this, I begin again....
