Making of a Prophet

by Bertrand Russell.
"Ignore fact and reason, live entirely in the world of your own fantastic and myth-producing passions; do this whole-heartedly and with conviction, and you will become one of the prophets of your age."
Did Raj Thackeray read it, I wonder.

I found the essay via PickTheBrain blog. Do visit the site. It has got some real good articles on self-improvement. No, I am not kidding, really.

Awesome article! Great find. Loved the essay by Russell.

This guy Russell seems to be a hack. Everyone knows that there is only one true prophet - Xarkwotz, the sticky tongued. He, and he alone can induce myth-producing passions.

I foresee some Bertie effigies burning in the not-too-distant future.
